First Semester

It's really hard to adjust to things when you don't know what to expect. All of a sudden you're paying for your education and sharing a room with a stranger. You have to take care of yourself because your parents are no where to be found. (they're probably vacationing on the other side of the country celebrating the fact that you're gone.)

But soon you get the hang of it. You start meeting people and having fun. You find out things you never knew about people and new ways to have fun. My blog is all about my life as a student at Eastern University.

It's about what it's like to go to a Christian University where you think every one is going to be nice and share the love of Christ with you. It's about how people are just people no matter what kind of religious affiliation they assume to have.

I talk to different people who go through things at the university that you normally wouldn't think could happen at a Christian school. But life is full of surprises at Eastern!
